The decision to merge the Yorkshire Street office with the South Parade branch comes as a result of AST Hampsons' commitment to continuously adapt and enhance its services. By consolidating resources and expertise into one central location in Rochdale, and expanding our office space in Bury the firm can optimise efficiency and communication, and can better serve its growing client base.
Our South Parade office was chosen by Rochdale Council as one of the feature buildings in Rochdale Town centre and as such has undergone improvement works to its shop front. This was the natural time for the firm to also consider potential internal improvements in order to accommodate more of the team under one roof. This also comes after the opening up of the river Roch in front of our South parade building, the addition of the Metrolink station over the last few years and more recently the opening of the successful Riverside shopping centre just by our South Parade office.
Our South Parade office has also been part of AST Hampsons since 1865 and has seen five generations of the Taylor family join the firm.
The Commercial and Corporate team, known for their exceptional business legal services and extensive industry knowledge, will now be operating mainly from the South Parade office. The team members are delighted to come together under one roof, as it will enable a better coordination, knowledge sharing, and foster even stronger relationships with clients.
