Hike on Probate Fees Scrapped!

AST Hampsons Probate Team welcome the government’s decision to stop the proposed increases in fees for probate. Zoe Clough says of the decision – this is great news for all of our clients, we are absolutely delighted that our bereaved clients will no longer have to deal with this tax at a time when they are already suffering the loss of a loved one.
