Scam alert

We have received reports of fraudsters impersonating our firm, using a similar name, incorporating ‘AST’ and contacting people to attempt to gain instructions to deal with claims for Road Traffic Accidents and Personal Injury.

The calls are from a range of different numbers and area codes. We have reported the situation to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Information Commissioners Office and would urge anyone who has a similar experience to report to the ICO using their website to report spam texts and nuisance calls https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/nuisance-calls-and-messages/spam-texts-and-nuisance-calls/
